The Exception to the Rule

In the end, people are selfish. They only care about what they want and what makes them happy. It doesn’t really matter who gets hurt by what they do because they are on the pursuit of happiness, right? I don’t think people comprehend the idea that your course of action doesn’t just have an affect on you but also everyone else around you. If you find your happiness at the stake of another person’s happiness then you should take the time to reassess the situation.
