The only person you should change for is yourself. If you decide that the only thing you can do is change, your motivation may be another person but the purpose of your change should only because you genuinely want to better yourself. If you want to steady the pace or spark an old spark that died, don’t go looking into the past of who you used to be because that’s gone. Don’t worry about what people say, just worry about what you think of yourself. If you feel that you can improve and that you want to change, then make the efforts in doing so.
